Challenges

Multilingual Architecture
The website had to be fully functional in multiple languages, including Serbian, English, German, Russian, French, Chinese, and Norwegian. Each language needed its own navigation structure, content, SEO configuration, and legal disclaimers. Implementing this required careful planning to avoid content duplication and to ensure that search engines recognized the correct regional/language version through hreflang tags.

Advanced SEO Optimization
Since legal services are highly competitive in local search results, it was essential to build a site that would perform well from an SEO standpoint. We incorporated structured data (schema.org markup for law firms), optimized meta information for each page, and ensured semantic HTML structure to support indexing.

Performance & Speed Tuning
One of the critical goals was to deliver a site that loads quickly and performs reliably on all devices. This included image optimization (using WebP), script minimization, and lazy loading. Combined with server-side caching via LiteSpeed, we ensured fast load times and a smooth user experience.

Dynamic Blog Feed Implementation
The original blog section lacked proper integration and displayed placeholder messages instead of live content. We created a fully functional blog system, connected to the CMS, with localized categories and dynamic feeds per language, ensuring that legal updates and news articles are consistently visible and accessible.

Mobile Responsiveness and Accessibility
The site was designed to work seamlessly across a variety of devices and browsers. Legal content is often accessed on mobile, especially when users are searching for urgent help. Technologies

The website is built on WordPress, a robust and extensible CMS that allows for flexible content management and future scalability. To streamline the development process while giving the client control over page content, we used Elementor, a visual page builder that allows for drag-and-drop editing without the need to write code.

However, we were aware of Elementor’s impact on performance and SEO, so our team applied several optimizations:

• Minimal Use of Add-ons: We avoided unnecessary plugins and widgets to reduce bloat.
• Optimized Structure: We used Elementor’s Flexbox Containers instead of traditional sections for more lightweight layouts.
• Custom Code Injection: Wherever Elementor fell short (e.g., structured data, dynamic blog components), we added custom PHP or JavaScript.
• Server-Level Optimization: By leveraging a LiteSpeed-based hosting environment, combined with caching, compression, and WebP image conversion, we significantly improved loading speed.

Additionally, we integrated a multilingual system (via Polylang) that allows for independent editing of each language version of the website while maintaining synchronized structure and internal linking

The results

The website achieved excellent performance, with fast page load times on both desktop and mobile devices. Through a combination of optimized images, minimal scripts, and server-side caching, the site consistently scores over 90 on Google PageSpeed Insights.

Multilingual implementation was successfully executed, with each language version correctly configured using hreflang tags. This ensures that users are directed to the appropriate language based on their location and browser settings, and improves the website’s international SEO visibility.

The design was carefully crafted with a mobile-first approach, prioritizing usability on smartphones and tablets. Navigation, content layout, and forms were all tested to ensure smooth interaction and readability on small screens.
