The Telekom Srbija website serves as the official digital platform of Serbia’s largest telecommunications provider. The design was created in Figma and approved by the client before development started. The site was built on WordPress using the Elementor page builder, providing a flexible and responsive solution that meets the needs of a wide and diverse user base. Focused on clarity, accessibility, and performance, the website effectively presents Telekom Srbija’s extensive service offerings and ensures an intuitive experience across all devices.

Challenges

Clearly communicating the center’s specialized medical services in a trustworthy and approachable manner was essential. Managing bilingual content smoothly while maintaining SEO integrity required careful attention. Additionally, the site needed to foster user confidence and provide easy navigation to promote patient engagement.

Technologies

The site was developed on WordPress using the Hello Elementor theme, with all pages built entirely through the Elementor visual builder to enable flexible design implementation and easy content management.

Multilingual functionality was implemented using the Polylang plugin, which allows for clean, structured translation management and smooth switching between Serbian and English.

Performance optimization included several key enhancements:

• Browser and server-side caching for reduced load times
• Lazy loading and WebP image formats to optimize media delivery
• Minification and concatenation of CSS and JavaScript assets
• Responsive layout achieved with CSS Grid and Flexbox for full device compatibility

Search engine optimization was also carefully implemented, with semantic HTML, structured data, and proper hreflang tags helping ensure the site performs well across both local and international search engines.

The results

The final result is a stable, high-performing website that delivers a consistent and inclusive experience to a bilingual audience. Content is clearly structured by service type, enabling intuitive navigation and improving user engagement. The platform performs reliably even under high traffic volumes, with excellent speed and responsiveness. Enhanced SEO has improved visibility in search engine rankings, while the WordPress + Elementor setup ensures that the client can manage, update, and expand the site easily in the future.
